STEPS OF BUYING A HOUSE
Determine if you can afford the Bond.
Discuss various housing options with your Agent and choose a house.
Sign the sale agreement
Sign to accept the bank quotation/grant.
Sign legal and bond documents at the attorneys office.
The bond is registered and property is transferred onto your name.
While the house is being built , we request for progress payments from your bond.
Once the house is built you will view the house and sign the letter of acceptance.
We request for final progress payment from your bond.
